Jasmine was an abandoned stray rescued from a rough Northwest philly neighborhood. Jasmine would love a quiet home where she can bird watch and take nap on a sunny windowsill. She also enjoy receiving attention and cuddle time. She is low-key girl that has lived with other cats and dogs. She is OK with older children.
