Roscoe is a red-lored Amazon, and once a breeder bird; so it's suspected he was wild caught. He was very attached to the person in his last home, so he is certainly capable of a positive relationship with a human of his choice. Roscoe is also active and expressive. He will ecstatically trill and sing over a misty shower, a joint song and dance, or a bowl full of interesting healthy foods. He longs for regular action in his life, so bring it on!
