Linus's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Linus's Story...
Linus is a 2-3yo neutered Bully Mix (we think he's a combination of English Bulldog, French Bulldog and an unknown!) who found himself at the shelter after neighbors reported him abandoned at a home. He had severe cherry eye and has had surgery to correct it. He is goofy and happy all day long! He gets along well with the older dogs in his foster home but would love a younger dog to play with him. He is crate trained and house trained with an occasional accident. He loves to play with different toys and is learning to play fetch. Even though he is 30 lbs, he thinks he’s a lap dog and wants to be with you all the time.

Linus is up to date on his vetting, is testing heartworm negative and is on monthly heartworm preventive.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linus, a Courtland English Bulldog/French Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog/French Bulldog for sale in Courtland, or seeking a English Bulldog/French Bulldog dog from a breeder in Courtland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Courtland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Courtland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog/French Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog/French Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Courtland paves the way for another one to be saved.
