Facts about Rosie-9 pounds

  • Breed: Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) Mix
  • Color: Black - With White
  • Age: Puppy
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Female
Our sweet little Rosie, along with her siblings were dumped in the middle of a national forest park in freezing temperatures covered in mange with no hair and weighing only 2 pounds a piece. We took them in and took care of their medical needs. They have all since blossomed into beautiful puppies. Rosie is approximately 8 months old and weighs approximately 9 pounds. We do not think she will get any bigger. Rosie is well socialized with other dogs of all sizes. She LOVES the kItty cat, but does try to play with her. Even though her life started out rough, she doesn't know thay evil exist. She is happy all the time and is a free spirit. She thinks that every minute is the greatest minute ever!! She LOVES to play and for this reason we will require her to be in a home with another doggy who likes to play. She is crate trained and essentially house trained. She may have an accident here and there, but does very well to try to hold it. She is currently being fostered in Tennessee, but will be transported to the Northeast to an approved adopter. If you are interested in adding Rosie to your family, please email us at brighthopeadoptions@gmail.com for an application. Her adoption fee is $275 and the transport fee is $145. She has had 3 sets of distemper/parvo, rabies, bordetella, and lyme vaccinations. She is also spayed, microchipped, and kept up to date on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
