Chica's Story...
Chica is an adorable, lovable, young pit bill. She loves going on hikes and often makes a friend or two - of the two and four-legged variety! Chica gets along with dogs and is very wiggly and personable with people. She is a cuddle bug and so cute with her cow spots and freckles sprinkled across her nose. Chica recently checked out the dog beach for the first time. She loved the sun and sand but was a little scared of the big waves! Hugs from her human friend made her feel safe though. She also recently met a dog-friendly cat and she was interested in becoming friends. Chica is an all-around good girl. She might just be the companion and best friend you are looking for. So come meet this happy girl at our next adoption event!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chica, a San Dimas Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in San Dimas, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in San Dimas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Dimas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Dimas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Dimas paves the way for another one to be saved.
