Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please visit our main website at www.boxer-rescue-la.com for most recent list of available Boxers and to fill out an adoption application. Due to the volume of inquiries our volunteers receive we are unable to reply to inquiries without a completed adoption application.
Peanut was happily living with his family when one day a loose pit bull entered his back yard and viciously attacked him. Peanut sustained some very serious injuries to his neck and jaw. But he survived. His family did not have the means to pay for treatment so they did the only thing they knew and took him to the animal shelter. BRLA was contacted to help and Peanut was sent straight to the vet. His puncture wounds are healing. His jaw was broken but also healing well. He is a little guy and didn't fight back. He is all fixed up and deserves another chance at living a full and safe life away from random pit bulls. He is very sweet and can hardly wait to start again.
