Nema's Story...
Please visit our main website at for most recent list of available Boxers and to fill out an adoption application. Due to the volume of inquiries our volunteers receive we are unable to reply to inquiries without a completed adoption application.

Just look at this beautiful face and unique coloring! Nema is a Boxer-Bulldog mix and sweet as can be. She is scared to death in a noisy kennel situation and is understandably hesitant to let her guard down. But get her away from the chaos or bring another dog to Nema and the lights go on. She is so loving and gentle. She loves other dogs of all sizes and would probably be a good idea for her to live with another dog for confidence. She seems to have the loving nature of loving all around her that she may be able to live with a cat. Once home this little beauty will bloom into a bounding buddy for one lucky family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nema, a Encino Boxer/Bulldog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Bulldog for sale in Encino, or seeking a Boxer/Bulldog puppy from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Bulldog breeders who help with Boxer/Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
