My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lily! Lily is a two year old female pittie mix who just joined Broken Tail Rescue! She's very new, but already her foster mom reports she loves people of all sizes, and seems to get along great with other dogs of all sizes. Lily loves to play--she enjoys hiking in, and running thru the snow, then coming inside to cuddle with her stuffed animals and people. Lily has already mastered "sit pretty for the camera", and enjoys quiet time playing with her toys. Lily is house-trained, and working on her crate training. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, and walks well on a leash. All she's missing is her "furever" home. Please continue to check back as we learn more about Lily!

Lily is being fostered in Worcester.

The adoption fee is $300.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
