My story

Introducing Cleo! She's a 3 year old Boxer mix that arrived from another shelter so her history is unknown. This cute gal has been the perfect lady since her arrival. She's is a little shy at first but it doesn't take her long to warm up and show off her pleasant personality. Cleo is always up for visitors and a walk. She'd make a wonderful family or companion pet.

On March 07, 2016, Cleo was selected to be one of Friendship's Prison Dogs. She is currently undergoing training at the Grafton Correctional Institution. Prison Dogs are trained in obedience, basic commands, manners and proper leash walking. She will spend approximately 12 weeks. Prison Dogs cannot be visited during their training. All dogs return on an individual basis.

Hand deliver the adoption application to Friendship or call if you live a distance away to see if you can fax one in. Please DO NOT email the app.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
