GALLOWAY's Story...
Galloway is a stunning young adult Boxer/Pit mix that was saved off of death row at Rowan County Animal Control. He is very sweet and playful and would make an excellent companion for the right family. He can be rather dominant with other dogs so needs to be slowly introduced to a more submissive dog or to be an only pet. He was only recently pulled so we are working to get him vetted and to get to know him better. If you would like to adopt, please send us an email at lastdaydogs@yahoo.com or visit our website for an application. The adoption fee is $150 and he will come neutered, UTD on vaccines, Heartworm tested and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GALLOWAY, a Charlotte Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
