My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Franklin and his brother Frederick were both rescued from the Harris County Shelter in Houston, TX. Luckily Lola's Lucky Day and Paddy's Paws spotted them and got them out in time! Both sweet boys are available through Paddy's Paws. Franklin is approximately 7 months old. It is entirely possible that Franklin is the sweetest dog on the planet. He is a small breed boy. He seems to have the best qualities of a lot of small breeds! What luck!!!!! He loves to be held, and he adores cuddling on the couch. His favorite thing in the whole world is to have his belly rubbed. If you are looking for a sweet, loving, loyal little friend...Franklin is the boy for you! Franklin gets along with everyone...2 legged and 4 legged. He is pretty passive...so would probably be best matched with another laid back friend (or his brother Frederick!) Franklin is kennel trained and housetrained (his foster mom has a dog door though). He has the sweetest disposition! You should meet him in person!!!

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered.
