for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Meiko's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Meiko's Story...
Meiko is a 5 year old Japanese Chin. She is extremely well behaved indoors and does great with other dogs and cats.
While in foster care we learned Meiko enjoys time spent outside in the fenced back yard, she is pretty versatile. She will be happy to lay on the deck during the early morning hours while you sip your coffee and listen to the birds sing! Meiko is very very loving and enjoys serious snuggle time. We are looking for just the right situation for this little angel.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Meiko, a McDonough Japanese Chin dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Japanese Chin for sale in McDonough, or seeking a Japanese Chin dog from a breeder in McDonough.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McDonough already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McDonough breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Japanese Chin breeders who help with Japanese Chin rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McDonough paves the way for another one to be saved.
