Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Olive. A very tiny, sweet girl born with a birth defect in one of her legs. Her front left leg has no radius bone; this does not stop her though. Olive was the last of a litter born in a home that was not properly caring for her. The home was not safe for a special needs girl like Olive and was not even giving her the basic care. A good samaritan saw this and offered to take her so she could get the care she needed. After taking Olive to a specialist it was recommended that the leg be amputated. On a second opinion it was recommended that she could keep the leg as long as she was using it and it did not cause any healthy issues. The good samaritan was a bit overwhelmed and called on us for help. Olive is currently in a foster home, doing well and getting the care she needs until she is ready to find her forever home.
