My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Emmie is a precious 3 year old female Jack Russell Terrier. She is a frisky and happy girl. All her vet work has been done. Emmie is heartworm positive and is being treated by the slow treatment. She is on Heartguard and will be free of worms in about 4 months. She runs around and does anything she wants with no problems. What Emmie wants most of all is a lap to snuggle in, some walks and new smells, a yard to snoop around in, and a person who will love her forever and never give her up again. She will be okay with most male dogs. She gets along with the other girls in her foster home but will be happiest with males. Emmie is a wonderful girl and will be the perfect pet for the right person. She loves everyone but is more comfortable with women. Emmie's adoption fee is $200. If you are interested in adopting her, please fill out the online application at www.russellrescue.com. Emmie needs a home with no kids and no cats. We will not ship Emmie out of state.
