Rex is a 7 year old gentle Shepherd mix. Poor Rex and his housemate Sadie lost their home when their owner passed away. A friend provided a temporary home for the dogs but does not have the finances to continue to feed and care for them. Rex is a loving boy that is house trained and knows some basic commands. He enjoys going for walks and is good on a leash. He does NOT like to be restrained. He likes kids but it's best if he lives in an adult household. Rex just want to get back into loving forever homes. Need a new friend? Rex does too.

If you have another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
