for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Toby's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Toby's Story...
Toby was the saddest looking pup in the local kill shelter - with bright red skin and no hair on his back and legs (he had a horrible case of demodex mange (non-contagious)) and had no hope of making it out to a rescue group or into adoption.... at barely 4 months old his life was going to be over.... Our group has a real soft spot for those dogs that are a bit more challenging!

Now completely healthy and with all of his hair back - he is ready to find his own home. He gets along with everyone and is always ready to play! He is house broken, neutered and current on all of his shots. Toby is about 7 months old and weighs about 30 pounds. He is a great size for an apartment or a home! He is a Terrier and will need plenty of playing or exercise.

If you have room for this little guy - let us know!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby, a San Antonio Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
