Benny was just picked up with a chain embedded in his neck! He is a boxer / bulldog type mix about 4 years old and is very friendly with people but not sure about other dogs.
He is in urgent need of rescue and medical attention!!
He must be in so much pain and the time it took for the chain to embed in his body must have been a torturous process!!
