Mr perfect and wonderful, cattle dog mix

Mr Wonderful, Perfect, Sweet, SNUGGLYBUNS Gorgeous George such a wonderful best friend!!! ♥

He was found with two dogs, who had been shot and lined up on the side of the road. He was terrified. He has not let that affect his precious personality at all.

He appears to have cattle dog in him. He's super smart and LOYAL. He's also potty trained and crate trained.

It's such a wonderful feeling to have Gorgeous George as a friend.  He's very in tune to what his human friends are feeling. He knows when you need a hug, when you need a walk or when you just need a snuggle buddy.

George was a STAR on the Pet of the Week Spot. You can see him here: http://www.fox7austin.com/good-day/100576112-story

George seemed to enjoy our laughter as we dressed him up for halloween. He's such an awesome friend!!!

George is crate trained, quiet, calm and he walks wonderfully on a leash.

What a GOOD BOY!!!!!!!!!!!! ♥♥♥♥♥

About I Once Was Lost Animal Advocacy

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small (3 people) rescue. Our main purpose is animal advocacy. We teach pet owners about the importance of spay/neuter and proper care and love of dogs & cats. We also feed, spay/neuter community cats to help keep down the feral cat population. We are active in our community and help to get dogs off of chains and into homes where they belong. We find our rescue dogs on roadsides. Some we are able to find their homes, they were just lost. However, most were dumped and need medical & emotional care as well as spay/neuter. We take the utmost care of our rescues. Therefore, we are ALWAYS in need of donations so we can continue to stop and save these precious lives. In the past year, we have rescued and placed over 30 dogs into beautiful, loving homes.

Come Meet Our Pets...

If you see a pet listed who you would like to meet, simply fill out our online adoption application. Once approved, we can set up an appointment to meet. This is also a good time to bring other family dogs to meet their new potential best friend.

Our Adoption Process...

$150 adoption fee. Our online contract is on our website. We require references as well as a home check. We also require a meeting with existing pets in the household. We also do follow up checks to ensure the safety and happiness of our adoptees.
