Moe's Story...
ON TRIAL / EN PÉRIODE D'ESSAI
Moe, a 3-year-old, 15 lb., Bichon x Lhasa, arrived at the Centre with his mom, Princess. They were given up because their owner died and no one in the family could take the two dogs. Moe has lots of energy and loves nothing more than playing fetch ... his crate is full of an assortment of balls! Moe and Princess have lived together their entire life but it is not essential that they go together. Moe can be quite vocal, so apartment living is not for him. Although he gets along well with Princess (she's his Mom, after all), he could use more socializing with other dogs. Obedience classes help with this. Moe loves going for long walks, especially on an extendable leash. Moe has never lived with children, so an adult home would better suit him. Moe is a wonderful dog who deserves a second chance. Can you offer Moe his new forever home. He is waiting and eager to go! Please fill in the on-line Adoption Form for Moe.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moe, a Ile-Perrot Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Ile-Perrot, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Ile-Perrot.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ile-Perrot already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ile-Perrot breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ile-Perrot paves the way for another one to be saved.
