My two siblings and I were dumped on a country road in the pouring rain! Not only did we almost drown but the mean human who dumped us would've run us over had it not been for a good samaritan who stepped between us and the car. She got us into a rescue and now my brother, Sergio (also on this site) and I are looking for our forever family. I'm an incredibly beautiful young lady with exquisite calico markings and silky medium-length fur that doesn't require much care. I'm quite timid and want attention only on my terms. Honestly, I'm the purrfect cat for a person who doesn't want a velcro-cat, kind of a Greta Garbo type in that I really prefer to be left alone unless I decide to curl up beside you and allow you to pet me - but I do enjoy sleeping with my foster mom. I'm very close to and dependent on Sergio for comfort and companionship and need to be adopted with him. I won't do well in a busy, noisy, active home or with children or dogs. I'll need lots of love and understanding in adjusting to my new home and Sergio will provide a lot of comfort and security for me. I'll come around but it will take time and patience as I do so in my own way and in my own time. I'm current on my vaccinations and have already been spayed so I'm ready to find that very special human who's willing to open their heart and home to a sweet but stand-offish and timid young lady and her handsome brother. We need an exceptional person who's willing to accept and love us the way we are, let us be us, and work with us to bring out the best we can be. We may be a project but we're well worth it!
