Princess BRD's Story...
This adorable little girl just turned 8 weeks old, got a clean bill of health with her first shots and is looking for a wonderful furever home. She will never know her history, but her adopter may want to... Her pregnant momma was dumped on a doorstep and when found by the homeowner the owner knew she had to move the very pregnant one on quickly as the area had a history of Parvovirus and the puppies needed to be as far away from that risk as possible when they came into the world. It was thought that the momma was a week or two from delivering, but it actually was less than 48 hours since she came into our Rescue. The momma delivered 4 gorgeous little girls and they all have friendly little personalities. The momma is 8lbs and the babies will likely be between 10 and 15 based on their current healthy size of 2 to 3 lbs at 8 weeks. ADOPTION FEE is $300 plus a $50 refundable deposit on proof of spay

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess BRD, a Pinellas Park Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in Pinellas Park, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Pinellas Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pinellas Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pinellas Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pinellas Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
