Dorie's Story...
Hi, my name is DORIE and I am just under a year old. I am a sweet little girl who loves other dogs. I am very shy and am looking for an experienced adopter who has a quiet home with a secure, fenced yard and another dog. It takes some time for me to warm up, so my adopter will need to understand that. However, once I am comfortable with you, you will be rewarded with a very happy girl who wants to snuggle and will love you unconditionally!

My adoption fee is $250 and includes my spay, vaccines, microchip, and heartworm test, which was negative. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.orphanannierescue.org.

I am available for adoption in Georgia only.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dorie, a Atlanta Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
