Facts about Georgie

  • Breed: Californian
  • Color: White
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Standard
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 9491309
  • Hair: Unknown

Georgie had a rough start in life. He was found crammed into a backyard hutch with his siblings, abandoned when the owners moved away. Covered in urine stains and skinny, he looked nothing like the handsome young man he is today! While in foster, he has come out of his shell and loves to interact with humans. If you're looking for a friendly bunny, look no further! He is about 2 years old. If you want to bring Georgie into your home and give him love forever, contact Bill at bill@rabbit.org

About New Mexico House Rabbit Society

About Our Rescue Group...

New Mexico House Rabbit Society is a small collection of dedicated volunteers working to help rabbits who need homes in New Mexico, with a special focus on the Albuquerque area. We are also an official chapter of House Rabbit Society.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Adoption events are advertised on our website, newmexicohrs.org and on our Facebook page. As well as being able to see photos of our adoptables on those pages.

Our Adoption Process...

1. Review our adoption policies
2. complete the adoption application and email to bill@rabbit.org
3. A NMHRS volunteer will contact you after application approval
4. assemble supplies for your new rabbit companion
5. sign the adoption contract and pay the $75 fee.

The $75 fee pays for your rabbits spay or neuter, a years membership to House Rabbit Society, and a free wellness visit with a local rabbit veterinarian
