Maddie's Story...
Maddie and her sisters are 12 week old Shepherd mixes. We don't know what they are mixed with but the vet thought maybe Australian Shepherd but we have no way of really knowing this. They are social, happy and healthy dogs. They weigh 15 pounds presently but need to gain some weight. They will need a family who will train them to become well behaved adult dogs.

Please go to our website and fill out an application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maddie, a Charlotte German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
