Blizzard's Story...
Blizzard is 3 year old American Eskimo that was brought in as a stray. She is a sweet and sassy little lady! Blizzard loves to play and has done good with most of the dogs at the shelter! We think a home with older children may be best for Blizzard. She loves to go outside and go on walks! She would make a great walking buddy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blizzard, a Michigan City American Eskimo Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Eskimo Dog for sale in Michigan City, or seeking a American Eskimo Dog dog from a breeder in Michigan City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Michigan City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Michigan City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Eskimo Dog breeders who help with American Eskimo Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Michigan City paves the way for another one to be saved.
