Shadow (Pom-cr)'s Story...
Meet sweet little Shadow. He is a 6.5 chi/minpin mix pup that's 6 months old now. He won't grow to be much bigger so he'll be a great apartment size pooch! His foster mom has been working hard on crate training and house breaking with him and he's doing great! He's super friendly, has never met a stranger whether it's animal or human. His favorite toy is a water bottle. He's a cute little comedian. He's looking for the forever home of his dreams...is it yours?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shadow (Pom-cr), a Washington Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher for sale in Washington, or seeking a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
