Rosie's Story...
Rosie is a sweet terrier mix puppy. She’s around 4 months old. She is expected to reach a weight of approximately 30 lbs. when she is full grown. She and her sister love to play. Rosie is the more cautious of the two. Whenever she encounters something new, Rosie always waits to see what her sister will do before she makes a move. Once she is certain that everything is safe, she will venture in and join her sister. She is sometimes a little quiet and shy with new people, until she feels comfortable, and then her silly personality comes out. She is very smart and has already learned to “sit” on command. She is still working on her potty training. This little girl has lots of puppy energy and she would love a home where she has another playful pup to be her friend. Rosie still has her sharp little baby teeth, so caution with children should be taken until Rosie matures. You can fill out an application for Rosie here: http://forrescue.net/dog-application/. She is located in Huntsville, AL but is available for adoption in your area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Huntsville Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
