Here's what the humans have to say about me:
(Penny is not a CHEW Dog Rescue dog. Please contact Carolyn for more information about her: cswyman@comcast.net)
Penny, A Papillon aka "Butterfly" dog will celebrate her 4th birthday on Valentine's Day. She is happy to see me when I come home jumping straight up in the air! I know by her actions how happy she is for me to be home. She only barks when my dog does or maybe when some comes to the door. She settles down soon after. I would not call her a barker. Penny loves to play. She just recently discovered the plush "squeaky" toys. She keeps it with her to sleep with. She is happy to lounge around or go for a walk. Penny is loving, enjoys being scratched behind her ears. Penny loves the snow. It was fun to watch her enthusiasm. She prefers someone to sit outside with her while she explores, but not necessary she uses our doggie door. Penny was rescued from a breeder. You can see any kind thing you do for her is appreciated with wags and licks. She is timid. Shy. She will probably do best as an only dog and is so tiny she's not the dog for a family with preschool children.
