Wendall is a male Maltese/Terrier mix approximately 2 years old. He is snow white with a gently wavy coat that is easy to brush out and maintain. Wendall has deep chocolate brown eyes and a black button nose. He is on the smaller side, weighing only 11 pounds full grown. Wendall is a very intelligent, adaptable dog. He learns the ways of his environment quickly and settles in accordingly. He is eager to please and affectionate towards people, making friends wherever he goes. He is good with children, patient and submissive. Wendall loves being included and would make a great family dog. He wants to be where the people are and comes running when he's called. He is very easy to manage, obedient, great inside the house and walks nicely on leash. Wendall is also excellent with other dogs and loves to play. He can play with big or small dogs and has a nice level of confidence when meeting new doggie friends. He would no doubt be a star at the dog park. Despite his small size, Wendall has a healthy amount of energy and can keep up with the best of them. Long walks or trips to the beach, kids games, he will be able to do it all. When its time to quiet down, Wendall can usually be found curled up in a soft dog bed for a snooze or maybe cuddled on the couch with his favorite person. He's really a wonderful little dog, sweet and loving as can be. Wendall was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where he was brought in stray. He is a very trainable, great all-around doggie. Wendall is ready for his new forever home today!
Wendall’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Wendall is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Elizabeth and Zume and is ready for his forever home.
