Shihtzu, Female, est. 3-4 years old, 12 lbs.

Emma came to us after being a stray and living on the streets for some time. Emma was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection, a double ear infection, parasites, and loss of hair due to previous long term flea infestation. She is receiving the vet care she so desperately needs at this time. Yesterday she was interacting with one of our volunteers and wagging her tail, which was a huge sign to us that she is going to be "ok." Within time Emma will learn to trust people. We have been given two estimated ages for Emma, our vet is estimating her age as 4yrs. Emma will be available for adoption in the coming weeks. More updates and pictures coming once her foster family has time to get to know her.

All dogs will be spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, heart worm tested, wormed, micro-chipped and will have had 1 month of heart worm preventative, and 1 month of flea preventative before adoption.
