Jimmie & Louie's Story...
Jimmie & Louie are 6 yr old brothers that need to find a home together. We seek a farm or fenced in yard. These dogs will keep your farm or yard clear of moles, rats or other small furry unwanted critters. They are not good with cats. The boys are fully vaccinated, dewormed and neutered; and current on heartworm preventives. If you can offer these boys a great farm or home life, please contact Susan at sueb.properties@yahoo.com or 931.232.8165.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jimmie & Louie, a Dover Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier for sale in Dover, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Dover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dover paves the way for another one to be saved.
