Here's a riddle. What is small, weighs 25 pounds, is smart, calm, quiet, and just plain adorable? L I L L Y
Seldom are the words BEAGLE and QUIET in the same sentence but it is true of Lilly. She is quite the content little lady. Lilly is the kind of dog that if you want to take a walk, she's happy to be leashed and at your side. If you just need someone to open up to, Lilly looks at you as if she can understand your every word.
Lilly likes to play with other dogs and does some of her best beagle running in a fenced in yard.
One thing Lilly absolutely loves and that is food-period. If you leave your cheese sandwich on the counter to answer the door, it will magically be gone when you get back.
Lilly will be serious about cleaning up what hits the floor so Lilly will need some basic manner training in that. When her meals are prepared for her, all she asks is that she able to have her meals in peace.
Little children cannot read a dog's body language. They don't have the command in their voice for a dog to take them seriously. Teens, however, can take charge along with a family experienced with a beagle like Lilly.
Lilly can be stubborn at times when it comes to laying on the couch. Lilly's philosophy is first-come-first-serve. This is an area Lilly needs to have an experienced dog lover show Lilly proper couch manners.
Lilly is a 6 year young Beagle, 25 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, spayed, and housebroken.
