Brick's Story...
Brick and Maisie were picked up as strays in LA. Maisie appears to be the older of the two and possibly his mother. She is quite bonded to him and given all they've been through we will try to adopt them together for her sake. Both are undergoing heartworm treatment. Brick had to have a large skin tag removed and Maisie has had corrective surgery on her eyes. We expect both to lead normal healthy lives once they finish their heartworm treatment. They are very sweet dogs. We'll have better pictures of them as they progress. We require an above ground fenced yard.

The adoption fee for them as a pair is $400.

An application can be found at

Brick & Maisie are currently being fostered near Shreveport, LA, but don’t let the location scare you away. We have an amazing transport network and can arrange to get him to you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brick, a Fayetteville Bloodhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bloodhound for sale in Fayetteville, or seeking a Bloodhound dog from a breeder in Fayetteville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fayetteville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fayetteville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bloodhound breeders who help with Bloodhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fayetteville paves the way for another one to be saved.
