Violet's Story...
This little lady was dropped off on the side of the road in freezing temperatures, we were able to rescue her and all her sisters!! She will be ready to adopt in about 3 weeks - once they finish all their necessary vaccines. We estimate their ages to be 12 weeks old (DOB ~ 11/15/15) Based on their looks we are assuming they are a Lab/Collie mix - so she will be large. They are all super sweet and currently learning to be house trained.

** A spay/neuter contact will have to be signed when adopted!!!

Violet's adoption fee is $300. A application MUST BE FILLED OUT and after being approved is to when we schedule a time for you to meet her.

Our adoption application is on our website:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Violet, a Minerva Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd for sale in Minerva, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Minerva.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minerva already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minerva breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minerva paves the way for another one to be saved.
