Special home requirements or medical: Bree has allergies which affect her eyes. Zyrtec works for her; Benadryl does not. She does not need to be on Zyrtec all the time but when her eyes start itching she needs to take it.
Additional info: Bree was adopted out from us a while ago and is being returned because she is not good with toddlers. She is very sweet and loving towards adults but she has fear/aggression towards little kids (and possibly even older ones) so we recommend her for a home with no children. The new owner should be experienced enough to steer her clear of children on walks as well . Bree would like to be the only dog in the home but is fine with meeting other dogs on walks. She is submissive and fearful at times and will pee when scared or if she feels threatened. Her new owner would need to be understanding of this and she may do best without carpet for her little dribbles. She has learned SIT and STAY. and is working on LEAVE IT; she does well in obedience classes. She is so smart she even puts herself to bed at night in her crate! Bree loves to play fetch and is very active with a particular fondness for hiking on mountain trails. Her family said she is an awesome dog and they would not surrender her but for the problem with their son. She is incredibly affectionate and wags her tail non-stop. She would love to be someone's everything and their little lap dog.
