Penelope's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Penelope's Story...
PENELOPE is a beautiful hound mix with gorgeous markings. Stately, elegant, and oh so sweet. She has the stature and look of a show dog. She is about 3 1/2 years old, 35 pounds, spayed, house broken, and microchipped. She is great with other dogs and isn't concerned with cats.. She is a shy girl and needs a little time to warm up. But once she's comfortable, she enjoys all the love and affection you can give her. She is used to a crate, but prefers a dog bed. She is not a barker or howler. PENELOPE does not like loud noises, so she would not be suited for city life. But she would enjoy the life of a very loved family pet or companion. Contact Patti at psquare828@comcast.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penelope, a Media Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Media, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Media.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Media already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Media breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Media paves the way for another one to be saved.
