Oreo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Oreo's Story...
Oreo is 2 years old and needs a busy life with lots to do and lots of stability. He's had some changes in his short life and needs to just settle down. He's really quite mellow for his breed. No small children because he just doesn't get that they aren't sheep. He'd love a person to just hang out with and help. He's really smart, heeler/border collie mix. He is quite protective and territorial so he will need to have an owner who understands how to handle a dog like him. Neutered, current on shots and microchipped. Available for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oreo, a Tillamook Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie for sale in Tillamook, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Tillamook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tillamook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tillamook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tillamook paves the way for another one to be saved.
