My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are so excited to publicly introduce Skylar! She's our fun party girl having a ball and learning the ropes in a foster home in southern Maine.

Skylar has been estimated to be about three years old but her foster mom says she would not be surprised if she is a tad younger. In any case, she has the heart of a youngin! She loves to get wild wrestling with other dogs and is excellent at entertaining herself (and onlookers!) by throwing her toys in the air and dancing with them.

Sky's very intelligent and has already been taught basic commands. She walks very nicely on a head collar and is house and crate trained. She would excel at obedience.

Skylar will bring a world of affection and fun to someone looking for an active pal, whether for outdoor pursuits or a playmate for another pup.

We encourage all of our adopters to sign up for training classes so that the dog can learn their boundaries, commands, and form that life long bond that's so essential between dog and guardians.
