Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, everybody! L’il Abby here. I was a “surprise” from my dad to my mom as a gift and, well, you know how that goes. It rarely ends up well. My parents are truck drivers and always on the go. I didn’t like being on the go at all. The road was no place for me. So, they had to give me up. But that’s OK. I am getting lots of attention and playtime here at rescue. I can only imagine how great my next real home will be!
I was a little scared when I first got here in early February 2016. I howled and cowered from strangers. I also wasn't sure what to do with the other dogs, although I was interested in playing with them. Well ... those days are behind me! I have met a lots of great people, who have given me lots of TLC and delicious treats.
I also got to play in the field with the other dogs, who have taught me the art of playing and social skills. I am now an awesome puppy in foster care, full of confidence ... and energy! I want to play every moment of every day with my former GA JRT rescue foster bro, Ossa.
I am a Jack/Chi baby about a year old and around 12 lbs. I’m heartworm-negative, UTD on all of my shots, healthy, playful, happy and--did I mention--energetic!
