Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Elsie and her sister were rescued from a spot near Quantico; Elsie has been friendly since the very beginning :-) She is marked like a cow--hence her name--and has a quirky little face. She is very sweet and loving and would love to be your special baby.
Elsie has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, has been dewormed, and is up to date with all shots. Elsie requires a home where she will never be declawed, or allowed to go outside.
