Boomer's Story...
Boomer is my name and fun is my game! I am about 2 years old and weigh about 40 pounds. I am an energetic fellow but also very well behaved. I am house trained and would love a family with a secure fenced in yard. Do you happen to have kids or other dogs? If so, I am your boy, I LOVE them!!!! My best friend in my foster home is one of the boys, I will just snuggle up to him and flop over the belly rubs.....I can't get enough of them! If you are looking for an awesome new family member, here I am. Please don't make me wait long, my foster family is great but I really want a forever family soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boomer, a Sugar Grove Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Sugar Grove, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Sugar Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sugar Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sugar Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sugar Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
