Eddy's Story...
M16-017 Eddy
Eddy's the name! People are my game! Can't say I care much for other cats - in fact, I'd be quite happy if I never saw another one. It doesn't do any good to rehash old history, so let's just leave it at that! The purr-fect home for me would be INSIDE ONLY, with loving adults and kids, great laps, folks who like to play and snuggle, and NO OTHER CATS! I was rescued from some hard time on the streets, and I couldn't tell my rescuers much about my brief life as a stray, so they don't have a lot of information about me and dogs - so, if you have one who is okay with cats and you are smart about how we are introduced, we might be able to figure it out. Gosh, I just LOVE people! My rescuers were really nice to me; got me neutered, a negative FIV/FELV test, all my shots, and general medical care, so I'm all set to go. I'll be interviewing pet parents soon at Twin Falls PetSmart, so I hope you'll drop in and see me. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that I'm a handsome devil - short light gray tabby coat with some impressive white points and a sweet face to go with my sweet disposition. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eddy, a Buhl Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Buhl, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Buhl.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buhl already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buhl breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buhl paves the way for another one to be saved.
