Lena's Info...

Lena's Story...
It was impossible to turn away this beautiful young cat as she cried pitifully on a kind couple's doorstep. She was incredibly hungry, but the reason for her distress became even more apparent when 2 baby kittens appeared in the bedroom closet!
Lena is young cat who found herself in a motherly way during the cold winter months.
Fortunately, doors opened for Lena and her kittens Linus and Lottie.
They are now thriving and looking for loving homes of their own.

Lena is a very unique looking tuxedo girl with a black face mask and piercing wide green eyes. She is very social and comes running when her foster mom comes to the door. She is a purring machine and enjoys nothing more than sitting by your side for affection. She did live with small dogs, birds and another cat in the home where her kittens were born.

Lena is FeLV/FIV neg, Spayed, and vaccinated. Call Michelle 570-759-0920 if interested in adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lena, a Bloomsburg Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bloomsburg, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Bloomsburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bloomsburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bloomsburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bloomsburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
