Kaylie's Story...
Due to her family's relocation overseas, Kaylie has found herself in rescue looking for a new home. This sweet, blue, 4 yr. old has a friendly, mellow personality. She previously lived with children and other pets, and is getting along nicely with the female Dobe, small dog, and cat in her foster home. She will give chase if the cat runs, so proper introduction and monitoring will be needed. Kaylie enjoys stuffed toys but they don't last long! She is also a known tissue shredder so bathroom doors and trash containers will need to be securely closed. Kaylie is a velcro dobergirl that quickly becomes your shadow. She wants and needs to be with her people so will not do well if left frequently. Always ready to go, she is wonderful in the car and will make a great traveling companion! Kaylie is a loving dobergirl that will make an easy addition in the right home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kaylie, a Columbus Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Columbus, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
