Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Don’t let the gray on his face fool you. This senior Doxie still loves to play!
Aggie’s family of 13 years has changed a great deal since she was adopted. With a toddler now in the house and twins on the way, this girl isn’t getting all the love and attention she deserves. She simply wants peace, quiet, plenty of pets and lots of love in her golden years.
Her perfect home would not have stairs and maybe no kids, although Aggie really doesn’t mind them. Aggie doesn’t mind other dogs once she gets to know them—in fact, her Doxie sibling, Hopper, is also looking for a place to spend his senior years, if you’re willing and able to take both. Cats are not a problem, though she has been known to give chase during play.
Older dogs make excellent companions for those with a laid-back lifestyle. Aggie won’t ask you for much, though she would be grateful for a comfy crate to call her own.
If Aggie sounds like she’s the Rose to your Dorothy, or whichever of the Golden Girls you identify with, please make an appointment to meet her today.
