Snow's Story...
Snow is a 7 yo retired breeding Bichon that weighs just 8 lbs. She has never really spent time with people, and is still learning how to trust. Snow will need at least one other friendly dog in her new home to help her settle in. This sweet girl also needs a home that will give her time to feel comfortable, with lots of love, and no small children. She is house trained, likes her kennel, and enjoys sleeping and sitting on the couch with her foster mom.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snow, a Fairview Heights Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in Fairview Heights, or seeking a Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Fairview Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fairview Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fairview Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fairview Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
