Sky's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Sky's Story...
Sky is a 4 year old female pomeranian. She weighs about 16 pounds. She is spayed, micro-chipped, house trained, current on all shots and heart worm negative.

She does know basic commands, such as sit, stay, down, and shake. There might be more she knows but haven’t been able to figure them out. She is a very smart girl and with more training, I am sure she would be able to pick up even more.

Sky is a very friendly, active, and loving dog. She is very loyal to her human and will follow you every where you go. She is the perfect companion dog. She enjoys playing with her toys tossing them about the house and chasing them to play with. Or playing with her foster brothers and sister. She's even mindful of the senior dogs around her.

Sky enjoys sleeping at the foot of your bed, or on the floor in a dog bed. We are currently still trying to work on crate training but she is not destructive of anything in the house

Sky loves going on walks and enjoys going out with you. She does enjoy car rides and watching out the window as you drive.

Sky is good with other dogs, but not other animals she chases cats. She is currently not in a home with children but she does like being around children when she has gone out and meet them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sky, a Norman Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Norman, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Norman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norman paves the way for another one to be saved.
