Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mac is a 3 year old merle piebald male with natural ears. Update 5/1/16 - Mac has been neutered and while at the vet's and they took a good look and did a biopsy of the growths that were hanging from his chest area. Good news its not cancerous and the vet described them as similar to a "skin tag" that probably started when he was very young from lying on hard surfaces. We've had many a dog with skin tags but never one this large. The bad news is that we can't remove it, because of the area they are in. The growths are on his chest area and if they were removed it would be impossible to keep the sutures/staples from splitting open every time Mac would lie down and that would make him susceptible to an infection. Mac has put on some much needed weight and he's a nice dog, but some people are not going to be able to see pass his growths and not give this boy a chance. If you truly want to "rescue" a Dane then give Mac a chance. He'll love you back.
