Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is " June Bug"!
My second chance started one short week ago when a nice lady from South Central tagged me from a shelter after I was given up by my owners. She quickly realized I was in bad shape and sent two nice ladies to retrieve me right away!
See I was mistreated by my owners in many ways but that's all behind me now!
One of those nice ladies took me into her home and had me in surgery right away to address my medical needs. I have a way to go but I am gonna make it thanks to my friends at South Central!
My Foster mom keeps saying " let the good times roll" so she thinks it would be great if I told you a little bit about myself. So here goes!
I am around 3 years old and a little smaller than most hounds. I currently weigh 76 pounds but we are working on that. I am well mannered, gentle, calm affectionate and aim to please! I get along great with other dogs and kids. My Foster mom is teaching me all about the house, she has introduced me too soft beds, regular meals, toys and something called treats. Did I mention I am a total foodie! I will totally share what's on your plate or countertops!
My Foster mom says I am adjusting well and I am a great student!
June Bug’s adoption fee is $250 and an above ground fence is required. An application can be found at http://southcentralbloodhounds.org/available.html.
June Bug is currently being fostered near Dallas, TX, but don’t let the location scare you away. We have an amazing transport network and can arrange to get her to you!
