Panda's Info...

Panda's Story...
Back in January we got word that a dog was about to give birth in a county animal control and needed to be rescued. We took in Paisley and a week later she increased the count of our adoptable dogs by 8 with her tiny puppies. (She actually had 10 but two tiny ones didn't make it.)

Now the pups are weaned and getting prepped to go out on their own into a brave new world. They are socialized since they've been handled by us practically since they were born on January 14th.

The pups favor their mother but seem to have picked up their coloring from mom's one-night-stand, who's anyone's guess. We're guessing the pups will grown into medium-large dogs (around 55 pounds).

Contact homelesspetsfoundation@gmail.com or call 770-971-0100 for more info. Or fill out an adoption application, found at www.homelesspets.com/adoption-form.

Adoption fees include spaying/neutering, micro-chipping, vaccinations up to date at the time of adoption, one free check-up at Town & Country main vet clinic within 14 days of adoption and a free session with Tenasity dog trainers!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Panda, a Marietta American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Marietta, or seeking a American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
